Do you provide the lights, or do I need to supply them?+
Both options are available. We can supply commercial-grade LED lights, or we can install lights you already own. Just let us know which you prefer in your quote request.
Is takedown included in the price?+
Yes. Takedown is included in every installation. We return after the season, remove every strand, and leave your property exactly as we found it.
What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?+
We come back and fix it. Seasonal maintenance is included in the price — there's no extra charge for any issues that come up while your lights are installed.
How is pricing determined?+
Pricing depends on the scope of your project — primarily the linear footage of your roofline and the size and number of trees. Whether you supply lights or we do also affects the total. Every quote is custom because every home is different.
What happens to the lights after takedown?+
If we supplied the lights, we store them for you until next season. If you supplied your own lights, we return them to you organized and ready to store yourself.
How quickly do you respond to quote requests?+
We respond to all quote requests within one business day. Text messages typically get a faster response than the form.
Do you service my area?+
We primarily serve Austin, TX. If you're outside Austin, reach out — we may still be able to help depending on the size of the project and your location.
How far out do you book?+
Most installations are completed within 2–5 days of booking. We recommend reaching out in October or early November — slots fill quickly once the season starts.
